Making an impact at the beach
In honor of Earth Day, volunteers & ambassadors, some as little as 3 years old, joined the IAPW team and Surfrider Foundation to clean up the beach. They also took the time to learn about the ocean and the creatures they’re working to protect.
Learning about and caring for the environment
Not only did the littlest volunteers help to clean up the beach, they also spent time in the pools learning about the littles creatures that call the Pacific Ocean their home.
A morning well spent
Earth day is an excellent opportunity to teach kids about the simplest ways they can have a positive impact on the environment. Beach or community clean-ups are also a great opportunity to get the whole family involved in making a difference!
